Q. Will my wine be refrigerated at 55 degrees while in your possession?
A. Yes, 55 degrees from start to finish. It's just as important to us as it is to you that we keep your wine at a safe temperature. Please don't transport your wine in a moving truck!
Q. What's your insurance policy?
A. Insurance for a loss or damage up to $100,000 is included in all of our transport orders. If you need additional insurance, let us know.
Q. Will you pack my wine for me?
A. Yes. Whatever state your wine is in, we will get it properly prepared for transport. If your wine is already packed in proper boxes, we'll take them as is.
Q. How much does it typically cost?
A. Our quoting process is simple. The biggest factors (in order of importance) in our pricing system are: distance travelled, volume, packing requirements, accessibility, and declared value.
