How it works

If you've never transported your wine collection before, the prospect might make you feel uneasy or anxious. But really, it's a simple process if you hire the right people.

The first step is to complete our quote request form, which will give us all the information we need to give you an accurate price. Then we will send you a proposal, which will contain lots of important details for you to review. If the proposal looks good to you, you would then sign our shipping agreement. As soon as the agreement is signed, and your 25% security deposit is comfirmed, we will work to schedule your pickup appointment on a date that works for you.

On the date of your pickup, we will arrive in a refrigerated vehicle, and pack your wine in boxes suitable for transport. If you have already pre-packed your wine, that's great too! We will count the total number of carrier-packed boxes and/or pre-packed boxes, and then give you a receipt to sign. Your wine will be insured for any loss or damage while we are in possession.

We can either start the process of transporting your collection to the final destination or store your collection in a refrigerated warehouse until you are prepared to receive delivery, whichever is more convenient for you. If you have questions, feel free to contact us but in general, we find that submitting a quote request and receiving our proposal will answer most of our clients questions.
