Chicago has fewer wine collectors per capita than most major US cities, but the ones it has are some of the most passionate in the country. We hit all parts of the city most weeks. If you are in a neighboring state, our routes include: Detroit about twice a month, Milwaukee and Madison most weeks, and Minneapolis, Indianapolis, and St. Louis a couple of times a month. We ship anywhere in the country, though we don't cross into Canada.

can I move the wine myself?
Often yes, but only in spring or fall; avoid the deep-winter freeze and peak-summer heat.
has a collection ever been spoiled, broken, or lost?
No. We've never had to file a claim on our insurance. Once a single bottle broke in our care, and we simply replaced it for the client.
is it better to ship wine in the fall?
Not with us. We ship in Phoenix in summer and Chicago in winter, with trucks equipped for any temperature. Seasonal timing matters more when wine goes through the mail.
